- Vehicle Sales – Final Sale Policy
All vehicle purchases at DMV Used Cars LLC are final once the purchase is completed and documents are signed. We encourage all customers to:
- Inspect the vehicle thoroughly
- Arrange for a third-party inspection if desired
- You Can Review and test-drive the vehicle before purchase
❗ No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for used vehicle purchases once the sale is completed.
- Deposit Refund Policy
Deposits placed to hold a vehicle are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of placement. Please refer to your Deposit Agreement or invoice.
- Refundable Deposit: Will be refunded in full if the customer cancels within the agreed hold period.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Will be retained by DMV Used Cars LLC if the buyer cancels the purchase or fails to complete the transaction within the agreed timeframe.
💡 Refunds on deposits will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
- Parts, Accessories, and Add-On Services
Parts, accessories, or services purchased through our online store or in person are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility Conditions:
- Return request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- Item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or used parts/accessories
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Labor and installation services
- Vehicle add-ons that have been installed
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned parts or accessories at our discretion.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Cash: Refunded in person only with valid receipt
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

If you purchased a third-party service contract or warranty, refund and return rights are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Contact the warranty provider directly for claims or cancellations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. We will let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting may be delayed).
- Contact your bank (some refunds may take time to process).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items and clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

If the item is no longer available, we may issue a refund or store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
